A new modern take on Colombard
Tasting Notes: The wine features notes of lime, grapefruit, green apple, pear, and peach, with hints of potpourri, straw, and a slight waxy or aniseed quality. Has a good weight and a round, textured mouthfeel, which is balanced by a zippy, fresh, and brisk acidity. Finishing with a distinctive saline (savoury) quality that adds length and complexity.
Pair with: Seafood dishes (sushi, sashimi), Asian cuisine, particularly Thai dishes & Fresh goat cheese, feta, or light, creamy cheese pastas.
