DELIVERY

Nationwide Delivery BX Wine provides delivery services across South Africa. Complimentary delivery is available for orders exceeding R3,000 within major cities. Standard delivery charges for major centres and other destinations are calculated per order. Calculation of Delivery Charges Delivery fees are determined on the basis of the postal code entered at checkout and province.

Delivery Locations and Times Deliveries are made exclusively to residential or business addresses. All deliveries occur during regular office hours, Monday to Friday.

Original packaging:Wines are dispatched in their original packaging where applicable. Mixed cases: BX Wine reserves the right to ship mixed cases in alternative wine boxes appropriate to the size and shape of the bottles.

Delays and liability:

During the periods encompassing Christmas and Easter, delivery schedules may be subject to delay as a consequence of increased freight volumes and the observance of public holidays.

Limitation of Liability: BX Wine shall exercise all reasonable endeavours to mitigate such delays. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BX Wine expressly disclaims and shall not be held liable for any delay attributable to third‑party transport providers or to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Legal age requirement: You must be of legal drinking age to use this website and to order goods or services from Bx Wine.

Unit of sale: All wines are sold by the bottle unless otherwise stated.

VAT: All prices include VAT.

Ordering:

How to order: Orders may be placed via our website or by email to info@bxwine.co.za.

Order approval: Payment should only be made after your order has been approved by Bx Wine.

Payment:

Accepted methods: We accept bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Unsettled Accounts: If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries or collections until the account is settled.

Cancellations and Availability:

Right to cancel: Bx Wine reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances require.

Out of stock after payment: If goods or services become unavailable after payment, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable items.

Pricing Errors:

Mistakenly under-priced items: In the event that any item or service is inadvertently listed at an incorrect price, BX Wine shall not be obligated to supply such item or service at the stated price, provided that notification of the error is given prior to delivery or commencement of the service. Should you elect not to proceed following such notification, BX Wine will issue a full refund of any amounts already paid.

Inspection and Claims:

Inspect on delivery or collection: You are required to inspect all goods at the time of collection or delivery. Reporting Issues In the event of incorrect fulfilment or damage, BX Wine must be notified within three (3) days of collection or delivery. Claims submitted after this period shall not qualify for a refund.

Returns Policy: BX Wine shall make every reasonable effort to fulfil all orders accurately. Incorrect Items In the event that any item delivered does not correspond with your order, BX Wine will, at its discretion, either correct the error or issue a full refund, at no additional cost to you. Inspection and Notification You are required to inspect your order upon delivery or collection and to notify BX Wine of any discrepancies or issues within three (3) days. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
