From vineyards planted from 2017 to 2020 on both granite and Cederberg shale. 10% whole-bunch fermentation. Matured for 12 months in 228-litre barrels, 30% new. The nose is still very primary with notes of red cherry, rose, musk and a hint of vanilla.
