Grenache Blanc 45%, Marsanne 40%, Roussanne 15%, Different parcels of grapes were, whole bunch pressed, rack and then fermented naturally in Stainless steel tanks and Foudres. After primary fermentation there was extended lees contact between 3-6 months.
Tasting Notes: The Search is a wine layered with texture and aroma. The beautiful mineral notes from the Grenache Blanc compliments the scents of fresh flowers, peaches and herbs of the Roussanne, whilst the Marsanne gives us the lovely texture, depth and palate weight of the wine that continues to linger in your glass. The finish is a "fascinating combo" of meyer lemon pith and a slightly salty element, characteristic of the coastal, terroir-driven approach
