The Whole Bunch Syrah forms part of our Projects Range. These are wines we can get geeky about—interesting, small runs, slightly quirky, but always delicious!

All fruit was hand-picked, lightly crushed and whole bunch fermented for ten days, pressed and aged in steel tanks (75%) and older barrels (25%) for ten months.

Tasting Note: The nose is complex, showing purple flowers, sour fig, dark chocolate and wet earth. Crushed fruits including blueberry and black cherry lead on the palate, before black olives, cloves, salted liquorice and cured meats. Powdery tannins, fresh acidity and a density of fruit make this a more serious but no less juicy and smashable vintage.
